To get to know a little about you and what your needs are, we require an initial Buyer’s consultation via Zoom so we can talk to each other face-to-face about your needs and see how we can help you. At the end of our consultation, if you feel we are a good fit, we will ask you to kindly come back to this page to sign our buyer’s agency agreement. This allows us to have an exclusive arrangement with you regarding the showing and possible negotiation on properties we have shown you. This is our policy before we see houses together. We need you to understand upfront that we are not just door openers. We are experienced professionals dedicated to helping our clients successfully navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape in all aspects of the deal.
